Martin Hosken




Martin has a unique skill set. As a mentor, coach and analyst Martin’s expertise have been utilised within leadership development and change management programmes, with teams and individuals across a number of sectors.

Having originally completed a research degree at The Royal College of Art that explored the psychological processes of personal creativity, as an educator he has held various posts within Art and Design institutions including Head of department and has a broad experience of designing and delivering creative modules. In parallel to this he undertook training as a Jungian Psychoanalyst and qualified Counsellor.


In 2005 he was headhunted by a European corporate consultancy as a creative problem solver working at the heart of a number of challenging operational platforms. He subsequently undertook board level positions in a number of organisations, including 5 years as a Director and Chief Operating Officer for a City Law firm.


At all times his interest has remained within being of practical use by engaging with individual commitment, authorship, process and engagement. He currently works in private practice with a broad portfolio of client’s whist also lecturing P/T on various Post Graduate courses at Falmouth University.
